Field troubleshooting and sales

• Troubleshot a wide range of devices in the field, which is where most of my hands-on diagnostic experience comes from.
• Held a perfect five-star customer rating for the whole time I was there.
• A sales role as well as a technical one. More about that on the sales page.

• Ubuntu server, with every service under systemd and deployed by hand. No managed hosting and no cloud provider.
• Traffic arrives through a Cloudflare tunnel, so the house has no open ports, and a second network path covers the first one dropping.
• A watchdog restarts services that fail, and health checks run before I call an update finished.
• Updates that interrupt people wait for a quiet hour, because the service has real users on it.
• Backups, disk replacement, and printer, network and account support for the house that all of this sits in.
