I build it, run it, and sell it.

Selected work

Three products. All live. All mine.

I do not rent a platform. The application, the database, the inference server and the machines underneath it are all things I maintain.

Aelius

A complete AI assistant platform. Chat, image generation, memory, scheduled tasks and a developer API, served from a pair of GPUs I built, tuned and keep online.

  • Python and Flask on SQLite, published through a tunnel with no open ports.
  • Self-hosted inference tuned for throughput, with per-session context budgeting so many people share one machine fairly.
  • Native iOS client, progressive web app, and an account-backed API for coding agents.
  • Operations included: monitoring, network failover, thermal and power management.

Marketplace

DormDash

A campus delivery marketplace built as a direct competitor to the incumbent. Designed, coded and launched while carrying a full course load.

Fleet ops

AutoPost

A managed fleet of Raspberry Pi units deployed at customer sites, with a desktop tool that images and configures a unit in one pass, plus recovery paths for when a site changes its network.

Engineers who can sell are rare.

Sellers who can ship the product themselves are rarer. I work on both because the same instinct drives them: find out what someone actually needs, then close the gap yourself.
